Withdrawal Policy

Right of withdrawal policy

The customer benefits from a withdrawal period of fifteen (15) days from the delivery of the order placed on the Webshop.

During this period, the customer may return, at their own expense and without other penalties, the item(s) that do not suit them. 

Soaps and room fragrances are neither returned nor exchanged. 
Promotional items are neither returned nor exchanged.

Such a return will only be accepted by nana'selections if: 
(a) The customer has, before any return of one or more items, imperatively contacted nana’selections. 
(b) The returned item(s) must not have been used, modified, washed, or damaged. 
(c) The returned item(s) must still be in their original packaging. 
(d) The returned items are sent in a single shipment.

nana'selections reserves the right not to accept items from the same order, returned and shipped at different times.  

If this right of withdrawal is exercised under the conditions defined above, nana'selections will do what is necessary to reimburse any sums already collected in return for the returned items, without their delivery costs.  

 

Any sums collected will be reimbursed as soon as possible and in any case, within thirty (30) working days following the date on which nana'selections became aware of the customer's exercise of the right of withdrawal, and this regardless of the payment method used.

In the event that the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal described above have not been respected, the customer may, at their own expense, retrieve the items returned to nana'selections in the condition in which they were returned to nana'selections.
